    Deposit Requirements: Currently, we do not require a deposit when making an appointment. However, after January 1, 2025, a non-refundable deposit of $10.00 will be required at booking.

    Refund Conditions: No, refunds are ever issued. Arrangements can be made for a different nail tech or a new booking.

  • No nail services for anyone under the age of twelve. Customers must be 15 years of age to receive gel, shellac, or acrylic services.

  • Currently, we do not have pet accommodations.

  • Currently, we do not have accommodations for smokers.

  • Yes, and it is strictly enforced. We ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance of the time of your scheduled appointment.

  • We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you know there will be an impact in meeting your appointment obligation. Your appointment will be held for up to 15 minutes after your scheduled time. Afterwards, you would have to reschedule or condense your services so that clients scheduled after you are not impacted.

  • Please contact Flawless within 48 hours of your services with any problems and we will make every effort to fix or repair your nails. No questions asked. If outside of the 48-hour window a service charge will be assessed.

  • There are cameras on the premises.

  • Yes, there is Guest Parking. Flawless is not responsible for any items that may come missing or any property damage while being serviced at Flawless business.

  • No, Flawless Nails is by appointment only.

  • In addition to cleaning, filing, and shaping your nails, a manicure is a form of art that you'll be wearing, so choose a style and color that you like.

  • Gel polish provides long-lasting, chip-free nails. Gel polish manicures typically last approximately two weeks. The durability of the gel polish depends on what you do with your hands.

    The gel polish is cured under a LED lamp which bonds and hardens the polish. It is bonded to the nail plate to last longer (at least two weeks) 

    You should return to the nail salon to have gel, acrylic, and dip products removed professionally. If not, you risk damaging your nails.

  • Use cuticle oil daily. The best practice is to use the cuticle oil prior to going to bed allowing the cuticle to soak up the oil and limit the use of your hands so that there is no interference with the repairs since your hands are not in motion during sleep.

  • Both UV and LED nail lamps emit insignificant amounts of UV rays. However, LED lamps emit smaller wavelengths, which speeds up the curing time. LED lamps cannot be used to cure UV-only polish.

  • Yes, it is Flawless Nails policy that all nail technicians working in the salon are Maryland State Licensed Nail Techs.

  • Yes, it is a requirement to wear gloves and protective eyewear when providing services.

  • If Flawless Nails applied your gel polish, there will be no charge to remove. If not, there will be a $10 fee to remove gel polish.
