Flawless Nails LLC will not be responsible for any allergic reactions or burns due to certain ingredients in our products. If you are using medications, have an underlying condition, or have sensitive skin, please inform your technician of any medical conditions, surgeries, or allergies beforehand.
Security: Flawless Nails LLC facility is monitored through a security system to prevent crimes committed against our establishment.

Refund: There is NO REFUND on any services.
Payment: Full payment is expected at the time of service.
Payment methods include credit cards, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle. NO checks accepted.
We are CASHLESS. Please do not bring cash.
A $50 deposit must be paid through the Service when booking any service over $200. The $50 deposit is non-refundable and will apply to the service.

You MUST CANCEL prior to 48 hours of the appointment or a $10 NO-SHOW PENALTY APPLIES. See NO-SHOW details under LATE POLICY.

The appointment may be canceled if you arrive more than 20 minutes late. This is at the technician’s discretion and dependent upon the schedule. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you may either reschedule or have your services adjusted at the technician’s discretion.
A LATE FEE of $10 is charged for anyone more than 20 minutes late and would like to continue with their service.
Appointment can be canceled at 30 minutes late and a NO SHOW penalty of $10 is charged. If we decide to do your service, time will be adjusted to respect the next client’s time and service.
NO SHOW applies if you cancel less than 48 hours, do not show up, or arrive more than 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment. The PENALTY IS $10 AND IS NONREFUNDABLE AND DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR SERVICE. If this situation should take place, full payment is required prior to the service.

Children: The salon and waiting areas are not equipped for children. Sorry, no children are allowed under age 12 at your appointment.
Pets: NO PETS ALLOWED.
Personal Property: Flawless Nails LLC is not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings during your appointment.
Sick: DUE TO COVID-19 NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED WITH YOU FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE WILL ASK THEM TO WAIT OUTSIDE.
Failure to disclose any medical conditions that will lead to a last-minute cancellation of your service will result in $10 non-refundable charge. You must disclose any medical condition to the technician prior to scheduling your appointment to ensure you are able to have your service at its scheduled time.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. All services are guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service within 3 days. However, we must be notified on the original day of service, and all repairs must be performed within 3 days of the original day of service. Please note NO REFUNDS will be given.

Aftercare Policies: The best practice for maintaining the beauty and health of your nails is to apply cuticle oil daily. In turn, this increases the chances of your nails being in good condition when you return for your next appointment.
Referrals: If you refer a client and they book three (3) appointments within 90 days, you will receive $100 worth of free services. This must be used within 12 months of the new client’s third appointment.
